Reserve your October slot

We’re scheduling October across Dorset, working one postcode area at a time so we’re not criss-crossing the county all day. That means slots in each area are limited by how many homes one person can properly look after.

How reserving works

  1. Reserve your slot with a £25 deposit.
  2. We agree a date when we’re scheduling your area, and fit around you.
  3. Your deposit comes off your first month — it isn’t an extra charge.

The deposit is fully refundable. Change your mind at any point before your visit and we’ll refund it — no reason needed. You also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Next step: a £25 refundable deposit via Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your address is used to plan the visit and nothing else. See our privacy policy.
